研究兴趣与方向:

1. 新型分子探针的生物医学应用

荧光生物探针在生物成像和荧光传感方面发挥着重要的作用,可以作为可视化工具研究复杂的生物结构和生命过程。我们主要发展基于聚集诱导发光、近红外二区等新型荧光小分子,致力于发展能够应用于肿瘤、细菌及病毒感染、组织缺血等重要疾病的诊断与治疗的新材料与新方法。

2. 噬菌体感染机制及应用

噬菌体是一种感染细菌和古细菌的病毒,其特点是以细菌为宿主,专门攻击特定的细菌,因此可以作为抗生素的替代品。随着抗生素的大量使用,一些细菌对抗生素产生了耐药性。与不耐药的细菌相比,这些细菌造成的感染更难治疗。我们致力于针对多重耐药性细菌导致的难治性感染,使用噬菌体治疗成为一种有前途的研究方向。
